Surface grinding of hardened and unhardened parts
Surface grinding is used when a face must be perfectly flat, accurate to size and have a fine finish. Our surface grinding handles parts up to 600 × 1200 mm.
We grind both hardened and unhardened materials, achieving finishes down to Ra 0.2 and tolerances down to ±0.002 mm depending on part and material.
Part of complete machining
Surface grinding is often combined with CNC milling or turning of the same part. With us it happens in one production – one quote, one supplier.
