Automatic turning is our core expertise. We have experience machining stainless steel – including the demanding materials Duplex and Super Duplex – using a high-tech machine park with 29 CNC machines.
High-tech machine park
Our machine park includes CNC lathes and CNC bar feeders, Swiss-type lathes and CNC vertical machines. Several of our CNC machines are equipped with both Y- and B-axis, allowing us to solve complex jobs in a single setup.
We offer turning jobs from Ø3 – Ø65 mm as well as chuck work up to Ø250 mm × 600. We also offer vertical machining up to Ø240.
Complex parts – many materials
We produce many different types of parts and gladly take on complex jobs for our customers. Our expertise and dedicated team of well-trained employees ensure that we always deliver solutions that meet your specific needs and requirements.
We work in free-cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and plastics. Brass and stainless steel are our primary materials today, depending on our customers' parts. We also have experience in automatic turning of the demanding stainless steel grades Duplex and Super Duplex.

- We typically hold tolerances down to ±0.005 mm, depending on material, geometry and part size. Send us your drawing for a specific assessment.
- What part sizes can you turn?
- Bar-fed work from Ø3 to Ø65 mm, chuck work up to Ø250 mm × 600 and vertical machining up to Ø240 mm.
- How small batches can you handle?
- We don't take batches below 25 pcs. and we don't make prototypes. Typical batches run from around 100 pcs up to several hundred thousand – on average 1,000–25,000 pcs.
- Which materials do you turn?
- Free-cutting steel, all grades of stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, hardened steel and engineering plastics.
- How fast do I get a quote?
- We usually return price and lead time within 1–2 working days of receiving your drawing or 3D file.
