Experience and specialisation in CNC grinding

CNC grinding is a critical step in the manufacturing of precision parts and components. We have many years of experience in both CNC cylindrical grinding and CNC surface grinding.

    Expertise in CNC grinding

CNC grinding is a key process in producing precision parts and components that require a high degree of accuracy. We are proud of our expertise and broad experience in CNC grinding – including CNC surface grinding (600 × 1200) and CNC cylindrical grinding.

This enables us to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers, whether they are one-off prototypes or series production.

    Experienced specialists and modern equipment

Our team of experienced specialists has in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and challenges in the process, allowing us to handle a wide range of materials and shapes.

We stay up to date with the latest technology and equipment, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions – also on hardened materials with tight tolerances.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between cylindrical and surface grinding?
Cylindrical grinding machines round surfaces such as shafts, pins and bushings. Surface grinding machines flat faces where high flatness and fine finish are required.
    How tight are the tolerances?
We hold tolerances down to ±0.002 mm and reach a surface finish of roughly Ra 0.2.
    Can you grind hardened parts?
Yes. Grinding is exactly the right process once a part is hardened and turning or milling can no longer hold the tolerance.
How large are the surface-ground parts?
Our surface grinder has a working area of 600 × 1200 mm.
Can grinding be ordered as a standalone service?
Yes. We grind parts produced by you or another supplier, also as a recurring step in your production chain.
