    CNC milling

Advanced CNC milling backed by years of experience

CNC milling is a technically advanced process that requires highly specialised equipment and experience. We have many years of experience in CNC milling of a wide range of products.

    Machining centre with large capacity

We operate, among other equipment, a CNC machining centre with 6 pallets and 104 tools. This enables unmanned operation and rapid changeovers between jobs – without compromising on precision.

Our work envelope is X-axis 560, Y-axis 610, Z-axis 560, providing flexibility for both small precision parts and larger components.

Why choose us for CNC milling?

We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Our advanced equipment and expertise in CNC milling ensure that we always meet your specifications and requirements.

We are flexible and can produce everything from small precision parts to larger components – small, medium and larger order sizes. Our dedicated team and modern machine park provide competitive prices.

    Frequently asked questions

How large can the milled parts be?
    Our machining centre has a working area of X 560 / Y 610 / Z 560 mm with 6 pallets and 104 tools in the magazine.
Can you mill complex geometries in one setup?
Yes. The pallet changer and large tool magazine let us machine complex parts with fewer setups, improving accuracy and lead time.
What tolerances can you hold when milling?
Typically down to ±0.01 mm depending on geometry and material. For tighter requirements we finish the part by grinding.
Is milling suitable for series production?
Yes. The pallet changer enables unmanned running, giving stable quality and a competitive unit price in medium and high volumes.
    Which materials do you mill?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, cast parts and engineering plastics.
