    Cylindrical grinding

Cylindrical grinding of shafts and bushings

We offer CNC cylindrical grinding of round parts such as shafts and bushings – with tight diameter tolerances and a fine surface finish.

    Precise cylindrical grinding

Cylindrical grinding is used when a diameter must be held very precisely with a fine finish – typically on shafts, bushings and bearing seats.

We grind hardened and unhardened parts, achieving tolerances down to ±0.002 mm and finishes down to Ra 0.2 depending on part and material.

Turning and grinding in one flow

Many parts are turned first and ground afterwards. With us both happen in the same production, avoiding extra transport and coordination.

Send your drawing and we will reply with a quote within 1–2 working days.

    Frequently asked questions

    Which parts do you grind?
Typically shafts, bushings and bearing seats – round parts where diameter and surface must be very precise.
Can you turn and grind the same part?
Yes. We turn and grind in the same production, so you only deal with one supplier.
    What tolerances can you hold?
Down to ±0.002 mm and finishes down to Ra 0.2, depending on part and material.
